Treasure Hunt, Compass Challenge, Cycling, Royal Walk (30-40 minutes) takes in the neighboring village, golf course and ancient trail.
The PGA Fitness Circuit: The front desk team will give you a detailed map of places to stop and the exercises to complete - squats, lunges, etc. You can then run/jog to the next spot and carry out the next exercise. This is designed to suit all fitness levels. Recommended duration: 45 Mins.
Cycling:
Go green and go cycling along one of the bike trails. Bikes, helmets and maps are available from the Resident Club. (Limited amount of bike sizes) Cost: Free (Deposit Required)
Fishing:
There are quite a few local lakes and flowing rivers, as well as numerous sheltered bays and inlets for beach fishing, favoured for their rich stock by Ghillie (the hotel's fishing professional).
Boat Trips:
PGA Catalunya Resort, in collaboration with the Palamós Fishing Museum, offers you the chance to take a sailboat trip and enjoy the spectacular coastal landscapes of the beaches and bay of Palamós.
Tennis & Paddle Courts: Guests can enjoy a competitive game of tennis or paddle on one of the four floodlit courts.
